The Trump Presidency: US infrastructure plan faces challenges

US President Donald Trump will be announcing plans to spend one and a half trillion dollars on the country's failing infrastructure on Monday. But some experts believe even such a huge amount won't be enough to solve the problem. From the US, our Correspondent Jon Brain reports.
