Shooter in Germany terror attack reveals motives in manifesto

Tobias Rathjen, the man behind terror attack in the German city of Hanau, had uploaded manifesto-like documents on his website detailing far-right extremist motives. In it, he said there was a need to “completely destroy” people from certain countries.
