Algeria Plane Crash: Military plane in country's deadliest crash

Algeria has annouced three days of mourning, after a military plane crashed shortly after take off, killing 257 people. Most of the victims are military officials but its thought that there were also some refugees from Western Sahara on board. The government has not yet announced the cause of the crash. Laila Hoo-mera reports.
