The case of an alleged rape victim has put Tunisia’s anti-sodomy law under the spotlight. The 22 year old reported that he was sexually assaulted to the police. He was then allegedly abused by police and detained. Human Rights Watch have urged Tunisia to abolish its anti-sodomy law. But will they? Iolo ap Dafydd reports.
