Ukrainian police have detained around 100 activists while removing a protest camp near parliament set up by supporters of opposition leader Mikheil Saakashvili.
The development is the latest twist in a long feud between Ukrainian authorities and Mikheil Saakashvili, who has turned on his one-time patron President Petro Poroshenko, accusing him of corruption and calling for his removal from office.
