Riek Machar has been welcomed by President Salva Kiir on his arrival at Juba's airport as the rebel chief has returned to the capital Juba for the first time in more than two years for a ceremony to welcome the latest peace accord.
The talks are Kiir and Machar's first face-to-face negotiations in almost two years. The UN Security Council is considering imposing an arms embargo and placing sanctions on six high ranking officials if no agreement is reached by the end of June.
