Before his meeting with the South Korean President Moon Jae-in in Washington, US President Donald Trump says he is considering a potential third nuclear summit with North Korea's leader.
Hundreds of South Koreans will enter North Korea to reunite with their relatives and loved ones, as agreed by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in during their first summit in April.
The performance was due to take place at Mount Kumgang on Sunday as part of ongoing talks and visits between Seoul and Pyongyang ahead of the Games in Pyeongchang next month.
