A tanker carrying 2,500 tonnes of fuel sank off the island of Salamis on Sunday and local authorities rushed to tackle the contamination. But the spill has now started to spread to Athens' coastal resort of Glyfada.
7.7 billion euros will come in early July to cover the repayment of 6.9 billion euros worth of maturing Greek debt and 0.8 billion of arrears. A further 0.8 billion euros would be disbursed after the summer.
If the Eurogroup approves the deal, it will pave the way for debt relief talks and the possibility of more loans for Greece's battered economy. Unions have slammed the deal.
Police say the packages were intended for officials at the Eurogroup and other global economic institutions.
Turkey accuses the eight men of being involved in last July's failed coup in which 240 people were killed.
Of the eight soldiers who fled to Greece after Turkey's failed coup, only three will be extradited.
The decision comes a day after another court granted asylum to three other soldiers who fled to Greece after the failed July 15 coup.
A total of eight soldiers who were involved in the failed coup bid in Turkey had fled to Greece to seek asylum. All were charged with treason by Ankara who had requested them to be extradited to face trial.
