New York judge rules Harvey Weinstein will be extradited to California to face rape and sexual assault charges nearly a year after Los Angeles prosecutors first sought to move the convicted former movie producer.
The charges involve two victims and stem from incidents that occurred more than a decade ago, Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey said.
