Dialogue aimed at ending decades of armed conflict in the South American country has made "substantial progress" since two rounds of talks in Venezuela and Mexico, both sides say.
President Gustavo Petro's government and leftist guerrilla group, the National Liberation Army, also agreed to invite Brazil, Chile, and Mexico to join Norway, Cuba, and Venezuela as guarantors of process.
Delegations of Colombia's government and the ELN will restart negotiations after the first week of November, the parties said in a statement after a meeting in Venezuela.
