Al Qaeda-linked Al Shabab terrorist group claimed responsibility for the bombing that targeted a guest house hosting government officials in Bardena, 450 kilometres west of the capital Mogadishu.
The explosion occurred in a busy market in the remote Barkhan district of southwestern Balochistan province.
Two suspects have been arrested after the incident in the country's southeast.
The incident occurred inside the lawns of Astana Anyar Police Office in Bandung city in West Java at around 08:20 a.m.
