Senate will vote on legislation to codify abortion rights into law on Wednesday in reaction to leaked draft decision indicating Supreme Court is poised to overturn its landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling, says Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.
The 98-page draft majority opinion calls the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision enshrining the right to abortion "egregiously wrong from the start."
