Egypt's second largest city, Alexandria, is planning to make some of its beaches available only for tourists to revive tourism in the country.

Many Egyptians in Alexandria once looked forward to a day at the beach, but some of its shores may soon be off limits for locals.

Alexandria's tourism office recently announced plans to reserve some beaches for tourists only.

The announcement has angered local people, and many say they're being treated as second-class citizens in their own country.
