Ozden Zeynep Oktav is a professor of international relations at Istanbul Medeniyet University. She has authored several books on Turkish foreign policy, MENA-related topics and non-state actors. She was a Visiting Researcher at Cambridge University, UK and St Andrews University, Scotland, UK in 2011 and 2013 respectively.
