Shakib Noori has previously worked at the World Bank HQ and served as Afghanistan’s Economic Counselor at the Embassy of Afghanistan in Washington DC. He has a master’s degree in international economic policy & management from Columbia University.
The Taliban should be cautiously welcomed at the negotiating table but with a view on moderating the group.
