Shairee Malhotra is Associate Fellow, Europe at the Observer Research Foundation in New Delhi. She has also worked with the European External Action Service - the official foreign policy arm of the European Union, and with think tanks in Mumbai and Brussels. Her interests involve contemporary geopolitics, Indian foreign policy, and European affairs.
